Aplets

The possibilities...

1 1/2 C. Applesauce
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Chopped Walnuts
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
2 Pkg. Unflavored Gelatin

Soak gelatin in 1/2 C. Applesauce for 10 min. Bring remaining applesauce to a boil. Add sugar and gelatin. Boil 15 min. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into a buttered 9X12 in. pan. Let stand overnight.

Cut into squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Place on a plate that has also been sprinkled with powdered sugar.
